*****I was referred to Dicky by a friend after being frustrated working with several other unprofessional brokers. Dicky was never pushy and really took the time to understand what I was looking for - so much so that she was able to get me the first appointment to view an apartment in West Village on a street I didn't even know I would have been interested in. The apt is lovely - exposed brick, charming, and views of the Empire State building and Union Square that are unreal. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't feel incredibly fortunate that I was able to snag this place, and I really have to give it up to Dicky for that. Thank you Dicky!

*****Dicky was the broker representing our landlord but we ended up working with her extensively as my wife and I had many questions about the apartment and the application process. Dicky was always very responsive, she was always available when we needed her, she worked hard to get us the answers and resources we needed to get the apartment, she was professional, and overall a great pleasure to deal with. If you're a landlord and want your prospective tenants to feel confident and assured through the process of seeing the apartment, applying, lease-signing, and moving in, then you should hire Dicky.

*****Dicky was absolutely amazing. She is a real person and not your typical agent. She is super helpful and really goes out of her way to make sure that both parties are happy and that everything is done in a perfect way. One example is that she went and Bought water, balloons, and other supplies for the open house that was held for my apartment. She always got there early and turned all the lights on and make sure that the apartment looked good and ready to be shown. When I first considered renting my apartment I did not think of going to an agent. But she really really made me turn my mind around about this. I would never have found such great tenants for my apartment where it not for her and her persistence. She is genuinely caring genuinely helpful and really on her game. I cannot imagine a better agent then Dicky. I really feel like I lucked out!.

*****"My boyfriend and I have lived in the city now for 2 years after moving from Virginia and we decided to use Dicky Tseurate from Citi Habitats as our relator this past August. We have worked with quite a few realtors within the past 2 years but no one can compare to Dicky. She is absolutely wonderful! It is typical to find a realtor that just wants to turn over client after client and shove you into a new apartment as fast as possible even if it isn't the perfect one for you. They all seem to have that rushed, "you aren't going to find anything better", "this is your best option" kinda sales pitch. Dicky however was completely different. I loved her from the very first moment I met her. She has the cutest and sweetest personality and it was an absolute pleasure to find that within the realtor business. She was extremely patient with us and full of great advice. She knows how to maintain her professionalism while truly making you feel like she cares for you as an individual as well. I not once felt like I was being pressured into an apartment and in fact it was the complete opposite. With every disappointment she quickly provided the reassurance and confidence needed that we were going to find that perfect home. It is easy to tell that Dicky is a very genuine person who is willing to take the time and effort to find out exactly what her clients want and strive only to find that and nothing less. I 100% recommend Dicky and can guarantee that you will not find someone like her elsewhere.
