REPORT: Manhattan Rent Rise , Vacancies Fall
"Winter and Rental market this month of the year in NYC may seem cold but Harlem is going as Hot it's Harlem Shake" :)
WInter- like weather has arrived,but that hasn't stopped New Yorker's from moving around.
Rents in Manhattan are up and vacancies are down, as shown in the Market report released recently by the real estate group MNS.
According to the report, rent prices in Manhattan increased roughly 1.63% from $3763 in October to $3824 in November.Thats compared to the .7% increased during the same period last year.
HARLEM is especially hot this season,with rents shooting up 23.6% in November 2014 from that month the year before.Two-bedroom doorman inits in Harlem rose 29.6% between October and November of this year.
